I am waiting for a replacement microwave turntable. the first replacement was the wrong size, this was returned the tollowing day. I was then told that I would have to reorder it this has been on order for over a week I
am now told that this is out of stock. I move home 0n the 25/7 this will be my sole source of cooking.

It’s been an absolutely atrocious service as after two months they haven’t even sent out my microwave plate nor am I able to contact them or get any acknowledgment.
They’re supposed to be the people to go through for parts via Currys electrical components.
Avoid at all costs.

I have used this company, Partsmaster, before for replacement parts. The service, from order to delivery was very good & the packaging of the glass product was excellent as I'm transporting this item to Spain so can use internal packing material
